Frans Bakker graduated in taxation at the University of Amsterdam (1972) and at Michigan University (1973). After having worked in private practice, he joined the Royal Dutch Shell Group in 1978, where he served in various financial consulting and management positions. He joined Rodamco NV in 1990 where his responsibility was for worldwide taxation matters and later also for Group treasury and information technology. |

Martijn Burghout graduated in monetary economy from Erasmus University in Rotterdam (1980). He started his career as a civil servant with the government in the Hague where his last position was that of member of the management team of the Rijksgebouwendienst (Ministry of Housing and Construction). In 1985 he joined Jones Lang Wootton as head property management where he was appointed director and partner in 1989. In 1994 he started to work for Robeco Group in Rotterdam where he was responsible for the floating of Rodamco Retail Nederland NV and became a board member, as of 2000 until 2002 in the function of CEO. |

Tim Koster holds a Master's Degree in Dutch law from Groningen State University. He has more than 20 years experience in the fields of business law and property law. After having worked in private practice as an attorney with Nolst Trenité in Rotterdam (now Simmons & Simmons Trenité) from 1984 to 1990, he joined Mountleigh International in Rotterdam as senior legal counsel. In 1992 he joined Rodamco, first as legal counsel for Rodamco Continental Europe and later as general counsel (1995) and Corporate Secretary (1997) of the Rodamco Group. In these functions he was responsible for corporate compliance and securities matters. |

Wilbert van Twuijver graduated in political economy (1984) as well as business economics (1987) at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He is furthermore a certified public accountant in the Netherlands. Between 1984 and 1995, he worked in the international audit and advisory practice of Coopers & Lybrand (currently PricewaterhouseCoopers), from 1993 as Senior Manager. |
